By creating an account and using this platform you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

This platform is provided by The Mind Psychological Services and Training for use by its patients and clinical staff. Patient accounts are for the named individual only. Therapist accounts require approval by an administrator.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• Keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Use the platform respectfully. Do not post abusive, harassing, unlawful, explicit or misleading content, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt the service. Comments and messages that breach this may be removed, and accounts may be suspended.

Profile photos: patient accounts are kept anonymous — please do not upload your real photo, an identifying image, or any explicit image as your profile picture. The Mind Psychological Services and Training reserves the right to remove an image, or to suspend or delete an account, that breaches this. (This restriction does not apply to therapist accounts.)

Not an emergency service

This platform supports care between sessions — it is not monitored in real time and must not be used for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Content

Resources and clinical materials remain the property of The Mind Psychological Services and Training or its licensors. Content you submit (entries, messages, comments) remains yours, but you grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
