This Privacy Policy explains what personal information The Mind Psychological Services and Training (“we”, “us”) collects through this platform, how we use it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

• Account details — your username and email address.
• Profile details you choose to add — e.g. a photo, phone number, date of birth, and bio.
• Information you enter while using the platform — task entries, quiz answers, messages, and resource comments.
• Basic technical data — log information needed to operate and secure the service.

We deliberately do not ask patients for their real name. Resource comments posted by patients are stored without any link to the author.

How we use it

• To provide the service — your tasks, quizzes, messages, resources and profile.
• To contact you about your account — login notifications, password resets, and important clinical or service messages.
• To keep the platform secure and to comply with our legal obligations.

Who can see your information

Your assigned therapist(s) and our administrators can see clinical information you enter (tasks, quizzes, messages). Other patients cannot. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Your password is stored in a hashed form that we cannot read — please keep your username and password somewhere safe.

Your choices & rights

You may access or correct your profile information at any time via Edit Profile. To request deletion of your account, or to ask any question about your data, contact us using the details below. Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) are described in our PDPA Notice.
